The irony of libertarians
Libertarians like to complain about taxes and government action controlling an individual and his labor, but when the capitalists control an individual and his/her labor, then it’s not a problem because ‘markets are voluntary’ or some shit like that.
“The income tax applies the same thing [as the draft]: government owns you, and graciously allows you to keep whatever percentage of the fruits of your labor it chooses.”— The Revolution: A Manifesto - By Ron Paul
“the capitalist class owns you, and graciously allows you to keep whatever percentage of the fruits of your labor it chooses.”
The irony is sickening.
